Want to register? Easy! Click on "Sign up" (bellow Secure Login) and complete the form. At your first session, select "connect via a account tier" if you want to connect via your favorite social network.
E3Contact – Account Manager
On the "Manage My Account's" page, you can edit your profile, change your password, buy E-3 credits or logout. To purchase E-3 credits via the E3 Contact platform, you must first have a PayPal account. To open a PayPal account, visit www.paypal.com and follow the instructions.
E3Contact - Message Manager
Create new messages, resend old messages and post them on your favorite social networks! Your message can contain multiple characters and can be distributed to a person, group or several groups at once. Simply write your message, select the groups and click send. Messages over 120 characters will be divided into two or more sections if you use SMS or some social networks.
E3Contact - Voice-Messages Manager
This new feature let you send voice messages to any mobile or residential phone in Canada. Send us your pre-recorded message and we'll add it to your E3 Contact account. Then, simply select your groups and click on "Broadcast!".
E3Contact - Groups Manager
This page allows you to create and manage your groups. It is necessary to create your groups before composing your message. To do this, you must click on "Create a Group". Enter the group name, a description (optional) and select "Active". Thereafter, you only have to add members within the group by clicking on "Users" in the left window.
E3Contact - Social Group Manager
Within your groups, you will always find a group called "Social Network" which is actually the access to your social networking accounts. Enter your username and password for the network and click on "Update". When you write messages, just select the group "Social network" to posts your messages on Facebook, Twitter, Koornk, Identi.ca and Tumblr.
E3Contact - Credit Purchase
Each plan contains an amount of E-3 credits necessary to broadcast messages on different medias. Excluding email, each media used to reach one of your users require at least one E3 credit. If a person is joined by SMS, email and voicemail, about 5 E3 credits will be debited from your account.
